Hello, The only way to convert Bihar into a developed state from developing state is to covert our self , and i must say now a day the states are developing like a battle field and no one wants to be behind the technology. Many peoples of other states don't have that kind of peoples that we have, maximum selection in many competetive exams are from bihar. We have talent we should learn how to use it. For Developing any State the first step is to give good education to people, Start from the childhood, Educations is the best media to develop the people as well as State.
