    Rural Victory

    The fourth phase of panchayat election in Jharkhand was under way Monday amid tight security as most polling booths are located in Maoist areas.

    The polling will end at 3 p.m, an official told IANS.

    Polling is taking place in 542 panchayats spread over 36 blocks of 12 districts. A total of 22,886 candidates are in the fray and more than 13 lakh voters are eligible to vote.

    Really, It's a victory of Rural democracy and their lives later 32 years.

    Yes indeed, you are right that people of Bihar have become more aware now and they want to use their rights in a better and more effective way. That's why we can see such a huge participation, in spite of threats by Maoists.
