Jharkhand and corruption - The healthy relationship

On November 15, 2000, the motherly state of Bihar was decomposed into two, known as Bihar and a newly state formed, known as Jharkhand, which today has 24 districts. Till date, 7 different state governments have come ruling Jharkhand. As far as I know, this is the biggest number of Chief ministers appointed in a state in India. Just 9 years and not 2 or 3 but 7 state governments. When Jharkhand was formed, it was a great day, for the people living in Jharkhand, for the real residents of the newly separated area, a newly formed state known as Jharkhand. It was known that this area had a large amount of coal and other minerals. It was said that this place was a place where "Goddess Lakshmi has offered a great amount of mineral to a former king who lived here, long ago" and since then, this state of Jharkhand was considered a big concentration of wealth.

Irrelevant of its size, there is still more corruption than that in Bihar, I think so. People in the earlier days, said that Bihar is drowned, for it has been separated from Jharkhand which was full of wealth, but you see, someone had said it correctly - "Too much of anything and everything is bad". The amount of wealth present here, in the form of coal and minerals led to a hotch-potch in the state. Everyone tried to get as much as possible. It was like hoopla, where people were confiscating things like anything. So many governments came and went, why? The reason to this is the wealth that was heredity to Jharkhand by the mother earth.

Whenever a government got a chance to rule this state, ministers behaved, the particular way, they were not expected to behave. As always, as usual, misters behaved in India, the ministers of Jharkhand behaved in an even more worse way than the rest of India. People here were surprised to see that no government was so promising. Ministers who got the power here in Jharkhand, seemed to think as if they have got a chance to see a treasure, why not just take it all down to their pockets.

As seen today, so many politicians are under arrest for the case of more property than income. The CBI is checking from where this property came. Big ministers who were thought to win the elections lost, because of bribing other ministers. Its a common observation that ministers keep on demanding money from people like loyars, other ministers, civil engineers, etc and no one has a power to tackle this. Do the ministers have this duty to fulfill, to ask ransom, or else threaten the people for their lives or services.

Here, there are many tribal people, whose care is not take well enough. Though most of the people and ministers are from tribal castes, but still, a big tribal mass suffers from poverty.

People of Jharkhand used to say that now Bihar is got to be drowned, for Jharkhand (area wise), the biggest wealth of Bihar, has been separated from it, but the situation is clearly visible. Yes, I agree that even in Bihar, there is corruption, and in Jharkhand too, but Bihar seems to be undergoing development, with more roads and overbridges, a better administration, but Jharkhand seems to strive out of hunger, due to its faulty system, the system affected by virus of corruption, otherwise, what is the need to change governments in 10 days?
