Kuju Diversion Road Kills One

Hazaribag is a city which is famous for its climate and the harmony, and it was known for these things specially. But from some months and some years, things seem to be changed. The government looks to be not at all concerned about what problems the public is facing here in Jharkhand and so in Hazaribag. Well, with past few months, the two main roads, NH 33 and NH 31 were really in bad condition.

However, the Kuju area was well popularized. The coal problem, the biggest mine fire in this city made this area named Kuju very popular. However, due to this problem the roads as well as the vehicles had to suffer a lot. For some days, the traffic was not in real good condition.

However, after some time a diversion from Kuju was made and the vehicles could somehow travel the land. However, still the heavy vehicles were not allowed to go from that diversion because it was not for heavy vehicles as the diversion was not made up of concrete, but was just a sandy piece of a small and really dangerous type of road. Dangerous, because the road was so slanting, almost to 45 degrees that even I was sometimes afraid while I crossed that road.

However, now, there is a serious problem. Last night, on 28th of December, 2009, there was a truck, a lorry kind of truck full of coal and though heavy vehicles were not allowed to use the diversion but were asked to use the alternatives, but still that truck used the diversion and there was an imbalance in the truck and it fell over a Tata Ace vehicle, in which a husband and a wife were sitting. The truck full of coal fell over the girl and the wife of that man died on the spot. The name of that lady was Mridula Rani and she had been married just some months ago and now she meets almighty.

I think that government should take serious action against all those who use the diversion sitting in a heavy vehicle. The police also has done no improvements, maintaining their bad rapport in the town, for they never took care of heavy vehicles and no one could stop them from using the road.

Finally a live was lost.
