Geography of Patna District

Patna is the capital of Bihar, the north-eastern state of India. Patna is one of the oldest historical place in the world. It is the holiest place for Buddhist, Hindu and Jain. It has many tourist centres like Rajgir, Nalanda, Bodhgaya, Pawapuri, etc. The tenth and last guru of Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh, was born here.
