Bihar Assembly Elections 2010 has been started from 21st Oct., 2010. First Phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2010, held in Kosi regions for 47 assembly seats on 21st October. Approximately 53 percent polling has been recorded in 1st Phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2010.
Here I am going to give detailed report of 2nd Phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2010, held on 24th October. In 2nd Phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2010, 45 constituencies has gone through polls on Sunday, 24th Oct., 2010. A large number of people has been exercised their franchise during the 2nd phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2010. According to Election Commission of India, around 53 per cent polling has been recorded in 2nd Phase of Bihar Assembly Elections 2010.
The Deputy Election Commissioner Vinod Zutshi has announced that approximately 52.5 percent eligible people have casted their votes in this phase. He further added that the voting was peaceful. In some areas like Dharbangha, Sitamarhi and Samastipur districts, some people have boycotted polling due to the lack of proper development in these areas.
