It is important here to note that though the 'Virat Angkor Wat Ram Mandir' in Bihar will be built on architectural designs of Combodia's Angkor Wat temple, it will not be complete replica because it is going to be bigger that that and there is difference in size also. But 'Virat Angkor Wat Ram Mandir' will also have five layers and devotees would have to walk till they reach the fifth layer.

  • This replica of Combodia's Angkor Wat temple will be built at a place near Ismailpur village on Hajipur-Bidupur road. This whole place will be named Angkor Nagar, after this temple is built. This place is chosen to built this temple because, it was the place where Lord Ram, Lakshman and Vishvamitra had set their foot and were welcomed by the King Sumati of the Vaishali kingdom.
