Model Question paper for Jharkhand intermediate exam 2013 was released by Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) on 3rd November 2012. This sample question paper for Jharkhand 10+2 exam 2013 shows that there have been many changes in the question paper pattern for Jharkhand intermediate examination 2013. These changes in the question paper have been done to help the Jharkhand board students score better in the examination.

Changes have been made in about papers of 20 subjects, however the major change have been in the English question paper of Jharkhand board. Earlier there were concerns that Jharkhand board students were finding it difficult to answer the current pattern of English subject question paper. Some of the changes in question a pttern of Jharkhand board 10+2 exam for 2013 are as follows:

Till now, there used to be 2 reading comprehensions in English language question paper for 20 marks. 2 questions were asked from each comprehension. But after the changes, in the new Jharkhand board intermediate English question paper, there will be only 1 comprehension for 20 marks and 4 questions will be asked from it.

Also earlier passages were given to identify grammatical errors. However now students have to find grammatical errors from single separate sentences.

Number of questions in some subjects, like political science and history, has been reduced as take used to take a lot of time. Now arts students can breath easy

Suggestions have also been invited from parents and teachers for any other changes. They need to send their suggestion to Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) by 10th November 10 2012.
