Bihar will send CDs of Bhojpuri folk songs like sohar, kajri, jhoomar, dhan katni and dhan ropni (plantation and harvesting of paddy). These type of songs are very popular in rural areas of Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh. Chhath songs and songs of marriage ceremonies will also be sent to Mauritius. Not only Mauritius, but these CDs will also be sent to countries which have good number of Bhojpuri speaking people, like in Fiji, Guyana, Trinidad and Tobago, Australia etc. Some of the Bhojpuri TV shows, whose CDs will be sent are Shatrughan Sinha's 'Kaun Bani Krorepati', Sur Sangram, Bhauji Number 1, to be telecasted on Mauritius Bhojpuri TV channels.

Not only this, agreements were also signed to allow scholars from each country to visit the other country. In addition to this courses in Bhojpuri language will alos be prepared from primary to university level. Nalanda Open University and Mahatma Gandhi Institute, which is the central university of Mauritius will prepare these courses. Nalanda University will open a centre at Port Louis and hold examinations apart form teaching through distance learning mode. Bhojpuri students of Mauritius will be invited to come to Ara for research at VKSU. Every year, a delegation of 51 Bhojpuri scholars from Bihar will visit Mauritius under an exchange.
